Not running out the door

It’s importants not to run away from the humans

#13 – Not running out the door
Embarrassing story – please don’t tells anyone else. When I was very new heres, I once ran out the front door between the humans legs and decided to go on an adventure! They was running after me shouting “Jasper, come back, Jasper, stay, JASPER!”. But did I listens? No, not one little bit. I thought it was a really great game and was having so much fun with the humans chasing afters me. I ran and rans with the humans chasing and I even ran right in front of a car. Luckily the car stopped in times or I wouldn’t be able to tells you about this today… Finally, I gots to a place where there was another doggie and we had the greatest fun playings before my humans coulds catch me. The humans were really, really mads, but I didn’t cares a bit cause I’d hads lots and lots of fun.

After thats, the humans was careful that they never opened the doors without making sure they knows where I was. But they also started trainings me to come back inside from the front too. Cause befores that, coming back inside just meant that all the really fun times was over and no doggie will want to comes back for THATS. We’d go out and in again lots of times a day and every times I’d get a treat or a fun games until I thought that coming back indoors was better than running aways! Now, I sometimes asks to just looks out the front in the hopes I’ll get a treat or a fun game – I don’t even bother going outs if they open the door, I just goes right back in and looks for a rewards! (Don’t tell the humans though, cause I don’t thinks they’ve noticed yet!)
